This is a static informational website. We keep data processing to a minimum. Optional web analytics loads only after you allow it (see section 7). We do not use advertising, tracking pixels, login accounts, or comment systems.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel automatically processes connection data (server log files) such as your IP address, the requested page, browser type, and the date and time of the request, for the purpose of delivering the site and ensuring security and stability. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website). As a US provider, data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Vercel's Data Processing Agreement.

4. Web fonts

This site loads the "Bricolage Grotesque" and "Source Sans 3" typefaces from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). When a page loads, your browser connects to Google servers and transmits your IP address to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (consistent, fast presentation of the site).

If you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp, or use a booking link, the data you provide (e.g. name, email, message, scheduling details) is processed solely to handle your request. Where booking is handled via Google Calendar appointment scheduling and meetings via Google Meet (Google Ireland Ltd.), data is processed by Google under their privacy policy. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

6. Cookies

This website does not set analytics cookies. We store one local browser preference, promin_analytics_consent_v1, only to remember whether you allowed or declined optional analytics. It contains the value “granted” or “denied”, not a behavioural profile. If analytics is allowed, the analytics client runs in memory and does not use local or session storage to persist tracking.

7. Web analytics (PostHog)

Only after you allow analytics, this website loads PostHog’s EU Cloud. The implementation permits one page-view event and selected booking-link click events so we can understand which pages and calls to action are useful. It disables automatic interaction capture, heatmaps, session recordings, person profiles, and advertising profiling. We do not send form contents, full URLs, or referrer values in the approved event schema. Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time: manage analytics preference.
